What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in: from 15.00 to 19.00. In case of arrivals at a different time than indicated, please notify us in advance. Check out: by 10.00. In case you need to stay longer, just make arrangements in advance to allow the best performance of our activities based on availability.

Is it possible to arrive during the night?
Yes by informing us in advance. In any case, before 24:00

When do I have to pay the balance for the stay?
The balance of the stay is preferable on arrival or in any case to be paid at least one day before departure.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, we accept major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and CartaSì.

Is the city tax included in the rate?
No, the city tax is never included in the price of the stay. A Tourist Tax of € 1.50 per person, per night and only for the first three days is applied. Children under 12 years of age are not subject to the payment of the contribution.

Is it possible to arrive one day after the booked date or leave before the booked departure date?
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the booked period must be paid at 80%.

Is it possible to give up the stay?
In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded: 100%, following written communication received at least 40 days before the booked period, 50% following written communication received at least 30 days before the booked period.

Is it possible to smoke in the rooms? No.

Is it possible to rent a car?
For those wishing to go to Siena, our shuttle service is available.

Is there a swimming pool on the farm?
Yes. In the farmhouse the swimming pool is private and reserved for the guests of the farmhouse.

Can children enter the pool?
Yes, but only if accompanied by parents. We decline all responsibility for the unattended access of children to the pool and for objects that are left. We kindly ask guests to read our regulations as soon as they arrive at the structure or in any case before accessing it.

Where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served on the premises of our restaurant. For special needs - eg: food intolerances - please notify our staff in advance. the day before arrival.

Until what time is it possible to have breakfast?
Until 9.30.

Is there a restaurant in the farmhouse?
Yes, recently renovated, we offer restaurant service.

How far is the nearest town?
The farm is located 1.5 km from Siena, a city equipped with all services, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, laundries etc. and 4km from the historic center.

Are all the rooms on the ground floor?
Yes, the rooms are all on the ground floor.

Is there a refrigerator in the rooms? Yes.

Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Only the rooms have air conditioning, except the Sisto Room which has a fan.

Are the prices per room or per person?
The prices indicated are per room and include overnight stay, breakfast and daily cleaning.
