in an extremely quiet corner of the farmhouse, surrounded by the greenery of the garden, you can find the swimming pool with a panoramic view of the Tuscan countryside with attached bbq!

Guests of our restaurant can taste traditional local flavors such as "ribollita", "Florentine steak", "pici with crumbs and pecorino", "local cured meats and pecorino", all combined with fresh seasonal vegetables harvested from vegetable garden and seasoned with our oil.

Our farm specializes in the production of oil which, in addition to being purchased directly, it can be tasted together to typical Tuscan cuisine in the restaurant of the farmhouse.

Within the Sambuco area it is possible to do a multitude of interesting activities, starting with walks immersed in the nature of our olive grove. Outside our "courtyard", a few steps away, it is possible to take the Via Francigena, or, for bicycle lovers, to reach the neighboring Sienese Chianti. Being also animal lovers, the activities can also be done in the company of our four-legged friends, dogs and cats.

We are in the open countryside, immersed in the green of the Tuscan hills and our olive trees. We love animals and we too have our trusty four-legged friend. Dogs and cats (but also other animals) are welcome in our structure. The large spaces available will make our friends happy who can have fun with us while we enjoy our stay.
